Job summary

Lakeside Generations, part of Cassia, is seeking Registered Nurses to join a compassionate team at our Dassel, MN community. You will administer medications, coordinate resident care, and collaborate with a dedicated staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role offers part-time or full-time schedules with every other weekend and holiday, wage range $36.75-$42.65 per hour plus shift differentials and sign-on bonuses up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Must have MN RN License and be in good standing.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary
• Performs additional duties as required

Position Type:

Part-Time or Full-Time, working every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts:

Every other Weekend Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Part-Time)

Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Full-Time)

Wage Range:

$36.75 - $42.65 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:

• Evenings $3 / hour
• Nights (NOC) $4 / hour

Bonus:

• $5,000 Part-Time
• $10,000 Full-Time
