Job summary

Park View Care Center, a Cassia community, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part‑time role in Buffalo, MN. You will provide hands‑on nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident health, and support individualized care plans with a skilled clinical team. New graduates are welcome and a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Shifts available: Days 6:30am–3:00pm and Evenings 2:45pm–11:15pm. Wage range $35.80–$42.51 per hour, with a $2.00 shift differential for evenings.

Qualifications

• Current MN RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments per physician's orders and monitors effectiveness.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policies.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

RN Responsibilities

RN Skills Qualifications

• Current MN RN License.
• Must have CPR/ BLS certification.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
