Qualifications

• Must have a current Iowa RN license or RN licensure within compact states.
• CPR certificate or willingness to obtain it.
• Stable work history.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes in a resident's condition and follows up as needed.
• Administers medications and/or treatments per physician orders and monitors effectiveness.
• Monitors residents and reports changes in condition.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Displays courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Monitors CNA staff performance.
• Uses strong interpersonal skills when interacting with others.
