Job summary

Woodland Care and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri to join our compassionate team delivering high-quality resident care. Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of nursing as part of a patient care team.
• Exceeds company and regulatory standards in nursing services.
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members per resident needs and capabilities.
• Administers medications.
• Starts IVs and performs treatments as assigned.
• Documents treatment as required.
• Ensures supplies are used economically and equipment is clean and safe.

• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner
• Other duties as assigned
