Oak Park is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor to lead nursing care for residents in a senior living environment. The role requires guiding care plans, assessing patient needs, and promptly implementing physician orders while coordinating with the care team.

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
• Valid RN license for the state of Missouri is required
• Valid CPR certification
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number

Essential Functionsof Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing

• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards

• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans

• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident's needs and the person's capabilities and qualifications

• Administers medications

• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner

• Other duties as assigned
