Job summary

Jackson Manor Healthcare in Missouri is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our resident-focused team. We offer competitive pay based on experience, a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates, shift differential where available, and generous PTO after 30 days.

Candidates must hold a valid Missouri RN license and CPR, be a team player, and able to respond quickly in emergencies while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in Missouri.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care that meets regulatory standards.
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document residents’ condition and needs.
• Implement physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Assign nursing tasks to team members according to needs.
• Administer medications.
• Start IVs and perform treatments for residents.
• Ensure supplies are used economically and equipment is clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Available Shifts:

• Days 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Nights: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
• Candidates must be willing to work every other weekend

Pay, Benefits and Perks ofRegistered Nurse (RN):

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates

Essential Functions ofRegistered Nurse (RN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents that treatment as required
• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications ofRegistered Nurse (RN):
