Job summary

Woodland Care and Rehab Center in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified full-time candidates and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include leading individualized nursing care plans, administering medications, documenting resident conditions, and coordinating with the care team to exceed regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Missouri LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.

Essential Functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents that treatment as required
• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
• Others duties as assigned

Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Valid LPN license for the state of Missouri
• Valid CPR certification

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may start as early as NEXT WEEK!
