Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) | 4E- Neuro Trauma | Days

This is a full‑time RN position located at Navicent Health Medical Center – unit 4 East, a 32‑bed unit specializing in neurological, neurosurgical, general medical‑surgical, stroke, and trauma care. Hours per week: 36. Schedule: variable. Pay range: $38.20 – $57.30. Benefits eligible: yes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Location

Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center is a nationally recognized academic medical center, nationally‑verified Level 1 Trauma Center, Magnet ® hospital for nursing. The unit is part of a hospital with 637 licensed beds, comprehensive emergency services, and a broad range of community‑based outpatient services.
