Department: 34406 Navicent Health Medical Center - Nursing: Medical/Surgical IU 5 Main

Schedule Details/Additional Information: A sign‑on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign‑on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months. 7A-7P with weekend and holiday requirements.

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work: 5Main is a 36‑bed acute care med/surg trauma unit. We are an exciting and fast paced unit specializing in orthopedic and multiple trauma injuries. Ortho trauma is the ultimate jump start to any nursing career and a strong foundation for any nurse. It provides an unparalleled base knowledge that transfers into that high‑energy trauma care. Our patient ratios on average are 1:5 with clinical technician support and an engaged management team. We’re Looking For
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What You’ll Do
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
