Job summary

Springdale Health and Rehabilitation seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct nursing care to residents within our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. You will contribute to rehabilitation plans and work closely with the clinical team to uphold high standards of resident care.

The role requires an active RN license, current BLS/CPR certification, and strong geriatric care knowledge. Evening shift is 3PM–11PM, with a competitive wage, full benefits, and a $10,000 sign-on

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
