Job summary

Hendrix Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team. You will deliver direct nursing care to residents, support rehab plans, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to maintain high standards of care.

This role requires an active RN license, strong clinical skills in geriatric care, and excellent communication. We offer full-time hours, a 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift, shift differential, comprehensive benefits, PTO,

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
