Hendrix Health and Rehabilitation is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The RN will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to uphold high standards of care.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license, possess geriatric and rehab knowledge, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork. BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-centered nursing care.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Identify and communicate changes in resident condition promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists on individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies and regulations.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment and supervise nursing assistants.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care within our long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
• Current BLS/CPR certification required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Identify and promptly communicate changes in resident condition
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to residents and their families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to help ensure quality care deliver
