Job summary

Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct nursing care, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to uphold high standards of care.

This full-time night shift offers competitive pay ($31-$40/hour) based on experience, shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Strong geriatric and rehab care knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
