Job summary

Saint Therese of Woodbury is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our care team in Woodbury, MN. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, safely administer medications, document care, and coordinate with a dedicated team to support exceptional outcomes.

We’re looking for an RN with memory care experience and a Minnesota license who thrives in a welcoming environment and is committed to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current RN license in good standing with Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• 1+ year of nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living settings.
• Extensive memory care experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications and treatments with monitoring of effectiveness.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation using electronic health records.
• Assess changes in resident condition and communicate with Nurse Manager, providers, and family.
• Coordinate and guide Nursing Assistants to ensure safe, efficient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Promote a safe, respectful, person-centered care environment.

Job description

Part-Time | Registered Nurse

Shift: 10:00pm-6:30am (32 hours in a 2 week pay period)

Schedule: Week 1: Sunday, Week 2: Sunday, Friday, Saturday

Pay Range: $39.45 – $49.31 per hour (based on experience) *Same Day Pay Available*

• Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring for effectiveness and resident response
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems
• Assess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and support appropriate follow-up care
• Coordinate and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants (NARs) to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standards
• Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment for residents, families, and team members
• Demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and exceptional customer service in daily practice

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• 1+ years of nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living settings
• Extensive experience in Memory care.
• With excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated clinical judgment, integrity, and professionalism
• Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
