Job summary

Saint Therese of Woodbury is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in a faith-based, nonprofit senior living community.

The RN will administer medications, document care in the electronic health record, and collaborate with a diverse care team to support memory care and assisted living residents. The position offers a night shift (10:00pm-6:30am) with a 32-hour biweekly schedule and pay range of $39.45-$49.31 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current RN license in Minnesota in good standing.
• 1+ year of nursing experience in assisted living or memory care.
• Extensive memory care experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated clinical judgment, integrity, and professionalism.
• Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered service.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring for effectiveness and resident response.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems.
• Assess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and support appropriate follow-up care.
• Coordinate and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standards.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment for residents, families, and team members.
• Demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and exceptional customer service in daily practice.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

• 1+ years of nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living settings
