Paradigm Healthcare in Texas is hiring compassionate registered nurses to join our team, with a $3,200 sign-on bonus. You will provide direct care, develop and direct plans of care, and ensure compliance with policies and patient privacy.

We seek an active RN license in Texas, an ADN, 2 years in long-term care (rehabilitation experience a plus), and strong computer skills (Point Click Care, Outlook, MS Office). Leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in Texas.
• An Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• 2 years’ experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Six months experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Point Click Care preferred.
• Computer literacy in Outlook, Office, and Internet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care per nurse practice act and physician orders.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the care plan.
• Follow facility policies and protect patient privacy.
• Provide prompt emergency support, including CPR.
• Develop daily unit assignments and oversee nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and log off unattended workstations.
• Oversee aides and coordinate with staff to maintain policies and procedures.
