Job summary

Paradigm Healthcare is seeking compassionate RNs to join our team and provide direct nursing care to residents in our facility. You will plan and direct each resident's care plan in coordination with physicians and adhere to state and facility policies.

The role requires current RN licensure, an ADN, and preference for LTC experience. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure privacy standards, and participate in emergency procedures such as CPR.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• 2 years' Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• 6 months rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Point Click Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in line with regulations and policies.
• Plan and direct the resident's plan of care with physician orders.
• Ensure policies and privacy of the facility are followed.
• Provide emergency support measures, including CPR.
• Develop daily work and unit assignments with supervision.
• Oversee nursing staff to meet standards and policies.
• Log off unattended departmental computer workstations.
