Paradigm Healthcare in Pasadena, TX is seeking compassionate registered nurses to provide direct nursing care in long-term care settings. You will plan, develop, implement, and direct residents' care plans in line with physician orders and facility policies.

Role requires an active Texas RN license and an Associate Degree in Nursing; LTC experience is preferred. The team emphasizes patient-centered care, privacy, and collaborative supervision of aides, with CPR readiness and strong communication

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Texas.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• 2 years' long-term care experience preferred.
• 6 months rehabilitative/restorative nursing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Point Click Care preferred.
• Computer literacy with Outlook, Office and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with regulations and care plans.
• Plan, develop, implement, evaluate and direct care plans.
• Ensure policy adherence and privacy of residents.
• Provide CPR and emergency support as needed.
• Develop daily work and unit assignments; assist nursing supervisors.
• Oversee aides and coordinate with staff to maintain nursing standards.
• Ensure security of unattended computer workstations.
