Job summary

Meadowbrook is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care, coordinate with the healthcare team, and ensure resident safety.

Starting at $40/hr with increased wages and shift differentials on all shifts; $10,000 sign-on bonus. Flexible schedules include AM/PM/Overnight; join a supportive, team-focused environment with paid time off and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nursing License in the State of Wisconsin.
• Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident admissions and discharges.
• Review medication orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
• Participate in care planning and care conferences.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with all disciplines.
• Learn and adapt to EMR systems as required.
• Notify physicians and families as needed regarding resident status.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Nursing Director or Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with resident admissions and discharges
• Complete accident/incident reports and follow‑up investigations
• Transcribe physician orders and accurately document resident information
• Notify physicians and families as needed regarding resident status
• Review medication orders for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered
• Participate in care planning and care conferences, updating plans as needed
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with all disciplines
• Participate in continuing education and professional development
• Learn and adapt to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems as required
• Interact tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Nursing Director or Administrator

Licenses & Requirements

• Current Registered Nursing License in the State of Wisconsin
