Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time 2nd shift in Wisconsin. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and coordinate care with the IDT to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Must hold an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Wisconsin.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) software.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and make sound clinical decisions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Compassionate bedside manner and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience: Prefer LTC/SNF experience, but motivated new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Excellence: Administer medications and perform specialized treatments per physician orders and care plans.
  • Assessment & Monitoring: Use clinical skills to report and record resident conditions; note subtle changes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure nursing activities align with guidelines and facility policies.
  • Leadership: Provide clinical oversight to LPNs and CNAs to promote safety and high-quality care.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise electronic health records for shift hand-offs.
  • Collaboration: Work with IDT to update care plans and resident wellness.

  • Leadership: Provide clinical oversight to LPNs and CNAs, fostering a culture of safety and high-quality bedside care.

  • Documentation: Maintain precise electronic health records (EHR) to ensure seamless communication during shift hand-offs.
