Meadow Lakes, a Springpoint Senior Living community in East Windsor, NJ, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem shifts (3–11 and 11–7) to join our team and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and CHHAs. RNs provide high quality nursing care, perform admissions assessments, develop plans of care, monitor residents, administer medications, assist with physician rounds, and document accurately.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; NJ RN license; CPR; 2+ years LTC/sub-acute

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Valid and current NJ RN License
• CPR Certified
• 2+ Years experience in LTC or sub-acute setting preferred

Responsabilités

• Perform a nursing assessment on all residents upon admission.
• Develop a written plan of care for each resident upon admission.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status for changes.
• Provide medications and treatment to residents.
• Assist with physician rounds and notify physicians of any changes or concerns in resident’s condition.
• Make nursing rounds on the unit and report any problems to the Unit Coordinator.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.

Meadow Lakes is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team!

Meadow Lakes is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in East Windsor, NJ. We are seeking Per Diem RNs 3-11 and 11-7 shifts available to join our team. At Springpoint, our RNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, CNAs, and CHHAs. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Pay Range: $50.00 - 55.00 / hour
