Job summary

Meadowbrook is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct resident care in a caring, team-focused environment. The role includes administering medications, monitoring residents, and collaborating with RNs and CNAs to meet both physical and emotional needs.

You will work across shifts with competitive pay starting at $31/hr, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and enhanced wage differentials on all shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
• Compassionate and patient-centered.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility policies.
• Provide direct resident care, including vital signs, wound care, and daily assessments.
• Document resident care accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members on care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Support residents’ emotional well-being and comfort.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures consistently.
• Attend in-service trainings and professional development opportunities.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Nursing Director or Administrator.
