Job summary

Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Titusville, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. You will supervise nursing staff, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure residents receive high-quality care in accordance with care plans and state regulations.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Florida RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or related healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure residents receive care per individualized care plans and state regulations.
• Assign and delegate nursing duties based on staff competencies and resident needs.
• Mentor, guide, and support nursing staff through ongoing training and development.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and other care team members to implement comprehensive care plans.
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform other duties as assigned.
