Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing activities across shifts under the Director of Nursing. This role ensures compliance with standards and regulations, supervises staff, and coordinates care for residents.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred; active RN license in the state of employment.
• (Clinical nursing experience) required within clinical settings.
• CPR/BLS certification is required or preferred.
• Experience in geriatrics or subacute care.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings.
• Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective action.
• Provide written and verbal reports to the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.

Shift: Full Time & Part Time 7a-3p, 3p-11p, & 11p-7a

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees daily nursing activities during assigned shifts. All duties must align with professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• One year of management experience (preferred)

• One year of experience in geriatrics or subacute care

• CPR/BLS certification

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional languages helpful
