Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with our facility's standards and regulations.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient needs, identify risks, and develop effective care plans.
• Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the medical director and other relevant personnel.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
