We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Unit Manager (Full-Time) to lead our nursing team in Strongsville, Ohio. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support.
Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction
Conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans, and oversee the implementation of care strategies to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, social services, and dietary, to ensure seamless delivery of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall patient experience
