• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction
• Conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans, and oversee implementation of care strategies
• Collaborate with therapy, social services, and dietary to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
• Conduct rounds, monitor patient progress, and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulations
• Foster relationships with family members, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Work with Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and other leaders to achieve facility goals

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Unit Manager (Full-Time) to lead our nursing team in Strongsville, Ohio. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction

• Conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans, and oversee the implementation of care strategies to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, social services, and dietary, to ensure seamless delivery of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall patient experience

• Conduct rounds, monitor patient progress, and identify areas for improvement

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics as required by state and federal regulations

• Foster relationships with family members, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

• Registered Nurse Unit Manager (Full-Time) will work closely with the Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and other key leaders to achieve facility goals and objectives
