Job summary

Avenue at Broadview Heights is seeking compassionate Floor Nurses to provide direct care to residents in a post-hospital rehab and skilled nursing setting. Licensed RNs or LPNs will work as part of a dedicated care team delivering individualized nursing care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring conditions, supporting admissions and transfers, supervising nursing assistants, and participating in care planning.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent)
• One year of long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
