Job summary

Fundamental is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am shifts in Spartanburg, SC. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires who start on or before 07-31-2026. Open weekend shifts are 7pm-7am or 7am-7pm on Sat & Sun, with competitive hourly wages in the posted range.

Must hold an active RN license in good standing and have 1+ year of LTC nursing experience preferred. Reliable transportation is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Posted Salary Range

USD $35.00 - USD $38.25 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
