Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Belton, TX for full-time night shift 6pm–6am. You will deliver high-quality care, support the nursing team, and help maintain patient safety and comfort.

The role requires an active RN license in good standing, 1+ year in long-term care preferred, and reliable transportation. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for new hires who start before July 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collect patient data, observe and report pertinent information.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff as needed.

Posted Salary Range

USD $38.00 - USD $42.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
