Job summary

Fundamental is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caregiving team in Camden, SC. You will provide high-quality nursing care, collaborate with the hospital staff, and support patients and their families with compassion, accuracy, and professionalism.

The position requires an active RN license in good standing, at least 1 year of long-term care experience, and reliable transportation. Shifts are 12 hours (7a-7p or 7p-7a).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing with the state.
• 1+ year nursing experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients and document care and observations.
• Work under supervision and follow nursing judgment and act within act guidelines.

Posted Salary Range

USD $35.00 – $37.00 / Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long‑term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
