St. Joseph's Center is on a mission to find dedicated and caring RNs to empower and enrich the lives of those we We look for RNs for Part‑Time and Per Diem 2nd Shift (3 pm‑11 pm) at our Main Center in Scranton. St. Joseph's Center provides care to children and adults with developmental disabilities. We strive to inspire positive change and empower individuals to lead healthier, happier lives.

- Accompany physicians on daily medical rounds.
- Participate in the care of seriously ill residents.
- Identify and study nursing care problems, offering suggestions for improved methods of care.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of medication action, interactions, side effects, and contraindications.
- Perform quarterly nursing physicals on residents as scheduled.
- Supervise work performance of nursing and direct care staff and complete disciplinary action.
- Contact the pharmacy with medication orders.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Active PA Registered Nurse license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
- Valid PA driver’s license.
- Positive and caring attitude.
