What You'll Do

• Responsible for accompanying physicians on daily medical rounds
• Participates in the care of the seriously ill residents.
• Identifies and studies nursing care problems offering suggestions for improved methods of care.
• Demonstrates sound knowledge of medication action, interactions, side effects and contraindications.
• Performs quarterly nursing physicals on residents as scheduled
• Supervises work performance of nursing and direct care staff and complete disciplinary action.
• Contacts the pharmacy with medication orders.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment

What’s Required of You

• Active PA Registered Nurse License
• Current CPR Certification
• Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals
• Valid PA Driver’s License
• Positive and Caring Attitude
