Job summary

TATTNALL HEALTH CENTER is hiring an RN Weekend Supervisor to support short term rehabilitation and long term care. The role involves leadership over nursing staff, development of care plans, and ensuring high-quality resident care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Requirements include a Georgia RN license and graduation from an approved nursing program. Prior geriatric or rehabilitative and supervisory experience is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans under DON supervision.
• Provide leadership during weekend coverage and assist in orientation as needed.

TATTNALL HEALTH CENTER is hiring a RN to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent RN Weekend Supervisor utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of Nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift, unit level and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements:

1. Must have a current Registered Nurse License issued in the state where the person will practice, and the candidate must be a graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
2. Possess physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles are also required.
3. Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing and experience in supervisory capacity are preferred.
