Job summary

TATTNALL HEALTH CENTER is hiring an RN Weekend Supervisor to support short term rehabilitation and long term care. The role involves leadership over nursing staff, development of care plans, and ensuring high-quality resident care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Requirements include a Georgia RN license and graduation from an approved nursing program. Prior geriatric or rehabilitative and supervisory experience is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license issued in Georgia and be a graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
• Demonstrated physical assessment skills and knowledge of nursing principles required.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Nursing personnel and participate in the daily unit operations per shift.
• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans under DON supervision.
• Provide leadership during weekend coverage and assist in orientation as needed.
