TATTNALL HEALTH CENTER in Pembroke, GA is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing care on weekends. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will assess residents, develop care plans, and coordinate with the nursing team to ensure quality, safe, person-centered care.
Qualified candidates hold a current RN license in Georgia, graduate of an approved school of nursing, and have strong assessment skills.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Georgia.
- Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
- Strong physical assessment skills and nursing knowledge.
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing; supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans.
- Supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts.
- Assist in daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
