Job summary

TATTNALL HEALTH CENTER in Hinesville, GA seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support short term rehabilitation and long-term care. Under the Unit Director, you will apply nursing principles to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents and help orient and supervise staff on the shift.

This role emphasizes leadership, daily unit operations, and collaborative care to meet residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• The LPN must be a graduate of an approved Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
• Active license by the State Board of Nursing is required.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.

TATTNALL HEALTH CENTER is hiring a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary: In conjunction with the Unit Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on per shift, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements:

1. The Licensed Practical Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
