Bryant Health and Rehab is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to provide leadership for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Under the Director of Nursing, you will develop and implement individualized care plans and supervise nursing staff, ensuring high-quality geriatric care across shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership responsibilities, staff orientation, and day-to-day unit operations. Must maintain an active RN license and have experience in geriatric or rehabilitative settings.

Competenze

• Must hold a current RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and supervisory capacity preferred.

Bryant Health and Rehab is hiring a RN WEEKEND SUPERVISOR to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent RN Weekend Supervisor utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of Nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift, unit level and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements:

1. Must have a current Registered Nurse License issued in the state where the person will practice, and the candidate must be a graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
2. Possess physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles are also required.
3. Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing and experience in supervisory capacity are preferred.
