Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team delivering compassionate in-home care in the Colorado Springs area. You will support a diverse patient population with personalized care plans and collaborate with families to optimize health outcomes.

The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, and is open to new graduates. Day and night shifts are available to accommodate varied lifestyles and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License in good standing (required).
• Six months of recent experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred).
• Home health experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Treatment of infants, children, adolescents, or young adults according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
• Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care.
• Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient’s nursing needs.

Job Description

  • Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of hours worked.
  • The bottomrange indicates little to no experience, while working30 hours per week.
  • The toprange indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing full-time minimum requirement of 30 hourscompleted weekly.
