Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in Daytona Beach, Florida. The role may be filled on a full-time or part-time basis and includes shifts from 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a with every other weekend. A sign-on bonus of $8,000 is available for full-time hires.

Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise staff and oversee daily activities to ensure high-quality care. Qualified candidates will have a BSN (preferred), current Florida RN license, IV certification, CPR/BLS, and

Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Active RN license in the state of employment
• Peripheral IV certification required
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience
• One year of management experience preferred
• One year of geriatrics or subacute care experience
• CPR/BLS certification
• English communication skills required; other languages helpful

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance against policies.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to address concerns and improve services.
• Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care
