Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care with 12-hour shifts (7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM). This full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunity offers competitive pay, same-day pay, and a supportive care team in a 180-bed facility in New Jersey.

Responsibilities include medication administration, care plan implementation, and monitoring residents' conditions with adherence to standards and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience managing care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation abilities.
• Experience in sub-acute or long-term care preferred.

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting preferred

• Experience in Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
