Job summary

Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations in a 180-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in New Jersey. You will supervise nursing care, provide clinical oversight, and ensure compliance with care plans, physician orders, and safety standards.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, BLS CPR, 3+ years of nursing experience in LTC/subacute, and 2+ years of supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold active New Jersey RN license.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 3+ years nursing experience in healthcare, long-term care or subacute.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely interventions are documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.

• Manage multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Minimum 3+ years nursing experience in healthcare, Long Term Care, Subacute setting

• Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
