Job summary

Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time night shift (11 PM–7 AM) in New Jersey. This role leads nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides leadership to staff to promote optimal resident outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold an active NJ RN license, BLS CPR, and have 3+ years in healthcare with 2+ years in supervision. Competitive hourly pay plus benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 3+ years nursing experience in healthcare/long-term care/subacute.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, teams, residents, and families regarding changes.
• Manage multiple residents and prioritize care by clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.

Pay Range: $45.00/hr.-$52.00/hr.

• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum 3+ years nursing experience in healthcare, Long Term Care, Subacute setting
• Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
