Job summary

Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations in our 180-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. You will provide clinical oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor nursing staff to promote safe, high-quality resident care.

The role supports a 3 PM–11 PM schedule with full-time hours and daily pay option. A current NJ RN license and BLS CPR are required, with 3+ years of nursing and 2+ years of supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum 3+ years nursing experience in healthcare, Long Term Care, Subacute setting.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional interaction with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
