Job summary

Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations and ensure safe, high-quality resident care. This full-time role supports regulatory compliance and provides professional leadership to nursing staff.

Located at Mount Holly, the facility emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and excellence, with pathways for growth and mentor-style supervision.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum 3+ years nursing experience in healthcare, Long Term Care, Subacute setting.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Pay Range: $45.00/hr.-$52.00/hr.
