Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled clinical care in a 180-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting in Lumberton Township, NJ.

The role offers full-time, part-time and PRN options with 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am) and competitive hourly pay ($37.00-$42.00) with same day pay.

Qualified candidates will hold an active New Jersey RN license, BLS, and prefer PCC experience; strong documentation and patient-care skills required.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• 1 year experience in sub-acute or long-term care preferred.
• PCC experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and written care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting preferred
• Experience in Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
