Continuing Healthcare Solutions in Lisbon, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our long-term care facility to join a people-first team focused on resident well-being and safety. You will provide medication administration, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and support daily operations in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Must have valid RN licensure in good standing with the State of Ohio.
Prefer previous experience of at least one year in a long term care facility.
