Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing with the State of Ohio.

• Ability to work as part of a team and knowledge of medication administration, treatments and LTC processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor resident status.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure comprehensive resident care and accurate documentation.

Experience and Skills

Must have valid RN license in good standing with the State ofOhio. Prefer previous experience of at least one year in a long termcare facility, however will consider new graduates.
