Job summary

The Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our NJ facility in Freehold. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem options with shifts 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM, plus a PRN weekend option and daily pay.

Competitive pay based on experience, PIB status, and shift differentials. RNs deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, and ensure care plans are followed with precise documentation.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

Join our team at The Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing as an RN!

Full-Time, Part-time & Per Diem Available

Shifts: 7 AM-3 PM | 3 PM-11 PM | 11 PM-7 AM
PRN: Any 8-Hr Shift (1 Weekend/Month)

$40-$44/hr. (all-inclusive Based on years of experience, status, if PIB and shift diff is applicable)

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.


• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.


• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).


• Monitor and assess residents' conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.


• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.


• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.


• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.


• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
