Lawrence Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN opportunities across all shifts. Daily pay is available, and wages range from $37/hr to $46/hr.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards and written plan of care.

• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality resident care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
