Florham Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN for per diem or full-time hours with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Compensation is $40-$47 per hour, all-inclusive, with Daily Pay option.

The facility emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care and upholds core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence. Responsibilities include delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring residents, administering medications, and ensuring care plans are followed.

Formación

• Active NJ RN license required.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident care per nursing standards and physician plans.
• Follow and implement care plans by Nurse Manager.

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
